Common Psychological Difficulties

Assessment and intervention for common psychological difficulties such as anxiety, depression , feeding/toileting, phobias and bullying. A range of evidence based treatements such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Positive Parenting strategies can be offered depending on the child and family’s needs .

Developmental Conditions

Postdiagnosis support for families with children with developmental conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorders and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. This can include psychoeducation about the disorder, behavioural interventions for specific behavioural difficulties and/or psychological therapy for co-existing emotional difficulties .

Learning Difficulties

A comprehensive cognitive/learning assessment can be offered to children experiencing difficulties at school with the aim of identifying their learning profile and determining what academic support might be needed to help them achieve their maximum potential .
